From the moment we send you information about sending the goods, until the moment when the delivery services enter your shipment into the system, it may take some time (3-8 hours). The delivery service does not work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Delivery cost:

Delivery is free from a certain value of goods depending on the type of goods. The delivery price will be indicated in the shopping cart during purchase.

Deadline and place of delivery:

Delivery time is 5 - 7 working days (?). The goods are delivered to the customer at the front door of the building or at the residence, according to the previous agreement. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not included in the delivery period and the delivery service does not deliver on those days. Upon delivery, the customer should check the contents of the shipment for all associated parts specified in the manufacturer's specification.

In case of defects, please inform us as early as possible, and no later than within 48 hours of delivery. We cannot accept subsequent complaints! In the event of a delay due to force majeure (lost products, damaged products delivered to the partner's distribution center that were returned by the online center without delivery to the customer, etc.), the online center does not assume responsibility on the "first risk" basis and undertakes to send a replacement product as soon as possible .
